      Can you use an E-Scooter in the rain?

      It’s advisable that that you check the instruction manual for each scooter. Please try and keep the battery dry.

      Where should I store and charge my E-Scooter?

      When storing your scooter, please keep it in a dry place and if you are not using the scooter frequently make sure that you charge it every 3 months for 30 mins. Please keep them away from flammable materials.

      Do not charge your scooter near where you sleep at night.

      Is it legal to use an E-Scooter in the UK?

      How long does it take to charge?

      Dualtron, Minimotors UK only sell official products and they are covered by a manufacturers warranty of 1 year.

      Pre Order:

      When Pre Ordering stock, you will need to pay for the item in full. Please click on Pre Order delivery at checkout and we will ship the scooter so that you receive it on the next working day as soon as it arrives in stock.

      All of the scooters that are available for pre order should be in stock on the date shown on the product page on the site. This is an approximate date and this may vary slightly which is out of our control. We will however keep you informed.

      We will email you as soon as the scooter arrives and we will let you know when we ship the scooter to you. You will receive a Fedex tracking number.

      If you would like a refund at any point before the scooter is shipped to you, please do get in touch: and we will be able to refund you.
